We've been busy the last couple of months and haven't had time to add any posts to the blog. I'm home today and have a few minutes to play with it. Some people in the neighborhood think that we have ghost who live in our yard during the spring. Later you'll see why it looked like this.
I had mentioned to our friend that I was looking for an old pair of work boots to plant a flower in. Well, his wife saw these boots in a bag and was proceeding to throw them away when he yelled, "Don't throw those aways. They're Penny's". As you can see. I have definately made use of them. Thanks Donnie.
I didn't realize that I had published two copies of this same picture. Sorry. Teresa, Doris, Barbara and I were going to Extraordinary Women's conference. Teresa and I had gone last year in South Carolina, so when we heard that it was coming to Johnson City this year we were ready to go. It was great! One of the guest speakers was Lisa Whelchel from the old tv show The Facts of Life. Karen Kingsbury, one of my favorite authors, is going to be a speaker at some of the conferences. Charles Billingsly is mine and Teresa's favorite.
